You retain ownership of the content you upload or create in the Service, including plant records, notes, images and other data associated with your account.
By using the Service you grant PlantOS a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to host, store, process, display and use your content as needed to operate and improve the Service, to provide features you request and to generate aggregated and de identified statistics and models that do not identify you personally.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to upload and use any content, and that your content does not infringe the rights of others.
PlantOS provides AI supported features such as nutrition suggestions, troubleshooting and pattern analysis. These features are based on models, data and assumptions and are inherently probabilistic. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your specific situation.
The Service is intended to help you organize information, learn from patterns and support better care decisions. It does not replace:
We do not guarantee that any particular plant will survive, grow or perform in a certain way, or that any trade or import will be successful. You use the Service at your own risk and remain responsible for compliance with local regulations, permits and health requirements.
